Download Orders

If you purchased a download you may go to "My Account" and select the order you wish to view to download your files. When you click to download the files make sure to select “SAVE” and not “OPEN”. That way the files will download to your computer. Then you can print as needed. Downloadable file links auto-expire after seven days.

PLEASE NOTE: Download links may be reset for up to 2 years from purchase date.

CD Orders

CDs are shipped Monday - Friday 8am-5pm MST. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping, though they usually arrive sooner. Items are shipped via USPS, and you can check your paypal transaction to see the shipping and tracking information.

PLEASE NOTE: Defective CD replacements are available for up to 1 year from purchase date. You will be charged for any replacement CDs after that time.
