Hi friends! I have a super cute and easy knit hat pattern for you today! This one is my Chevron Beanie pattern and
it’s super easy and definitely beginner friendly!
You just need to know how to knit and purl and you’re good to go!
I’m definitely addicted to these faux fur poms! They’re the snap style, so you just sew the snap on to your knit hat,
then you can change out the pom colors or take them off to wash your hat!
It has darker tips on the soft natural color which make it extra special! I got this pom from Colorful Yarns Knit Shop which is my local yarn shop. They have a huge
selection of fun poms!
Supplies:
- 4mm/US6 16” circular needle
- 5mm/US8 16” circular needle
- Tapestry/yarn needle (for weaving in ends)
- 5mm/US8 DPNs for finishing
- Optional: Faux Fur Pom
Yarn: 1 skein DK weight yarn (100g)
I used Yarn Ink in the Monet DK colorway and a McPorter Farms Faux Fur Pom.
Sizing: Medium fits child/teen approx. 20-21 inches in circumference, Large fits adult approx. 22-24
inches in circumference.
This hat features this fun chevron design on the hat body which makes it so cute! And don’t worry guys, it’s super
easy! The pattern includes both written and charted instructions to help you with the design.
It also features a longer brim so you can fold it up for extra cuteness and warmth around your ears!
It was a little windy and chilly outside when we snapped these pics, so kudos to my sweet model for braving the cold
weather!
And if you decide to make this pattern, make sure to use #thechevronbeanie so I can see what you make!
