Shipping & Returns

We offer two types of delivery: instant downloads for digital products and physical shipping for our physical product orders.

Digital Products (Instant Delivery)

All downloadable products are delivered instantly via your secure account dashboard.

How to access your downloads:

  1. Immediately after your purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen.
  2. You must log into your account and navigate to the "My Account" section of our website.
  3. Select the specific order you wish to view. Your downloadable files will be accessible directly on that order detail page.
  4. IMPORTANT NOTE: Download links typically auto-expire after 5 days for security reasons, but we are happy to reset them for up to 2 years from the purchase date if you lose your files or need assistance.

If you have any issues accessing your digital files, please contact us immediately.

Physical Products

We also offer physical versions of our materials, which are shipped directly to your door.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders for physical goods are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Processing Time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare and package your order.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

We primarily ship items via USPS.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's progress. You may also find tracking details within your payment transaction details or your account order history.

International Shipping

Due to complex import regulations and compliance requirements (specifically the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)), we currently do not allow orders to any European Union (EU) member states or Northern Ireland.

Customers in excluded regions are welcome to purchase both our instantly downloadable digital products and physical products.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
